Petsmart

So today I went out on a limb and applied for a weekend/night job at Petsmart. I figured since I love animals soooo much that what would be better then actually working along side them. I would of loved to be a vet tech but since I dont really have the money to go back to school or the time I decided trying this out might be good. I love the job I have right now and wouldnt wanna leave it so I figured to make some extra money I'd give this a shot. Who knows if they even will look at my application though. It was probably the longest application I have ever filled out in my entire life! If I do get it, it would be working at the Pet Hotel in Petsmart. I think it would be pretty fun. I can totally see myself doing it though so that is pretty great.

Doggy Car Seat

So I am looking for some booster seats/ Seatbelt type things for Bentley and Bailee. Every time we go for a drive they BOTH insist on sitting on my lap. SOO I was thinking if I got them a Booster seat for dogs I could strap them into that so they could still see outside but my lap would be free of dogs. Im looking for something not too expensive.. anyone know of any or have used them before that can fill me in?

Saying Bye to Ollie

Well today my friend Kristin texted me and told me that one of Bentley and Bailee's puppies is leaving tomorrow to head to New York and then to Nashville where they are going to be moving to. I am so sad about it and I know Bentley and Bailee will be sad too! Ollie is their only son and they saw him most often. They loved going over to his house for play dates. Anytime we would turn down their street Bailee would freak out cause she knew she was going to get to play with Ollie. They would all run around wrestling and playing with toys. Bentley would just try to look for any hidden ball that he could possibly find that might be hidden under their couch or t.v stand or book shelf. He just thought we went their to play hide and go seek. Silly Boy. Ollie, Kristin, Conor and Matt we will miss you all very much but we wish you the best in Nashville and you can bet that we will be seeing you there soon!! LOVE YOU ALL! Ollie Growning UP!

PAW PRINTS

Lago

On June 30th my family and I lost one of our loving, loyal and great companion Lago. He was a Great Pyrenees and was loved very much by not only our whole family but by everyone who knew him. He was with us for 9 wonderful years. He had one of the greatest personalities you could of asked for in a dog. He was funny, lazy and just plain lovable. I miss him everyday. Here is a poem for you Lago:

Just this side of heaven is a place called the Rainbow Bridge.
When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to the Rainbow Bridge.
There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together. There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable.
All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor. Those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by. The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing; they each miss someone very special to them, who had to be left behind.
They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. His bright eyes are intent. His eager body quivers. Suddenly he begins to run from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster.
You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again.
The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head. You look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart.
Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together…
